All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping fee: €12.95
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over €50
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vans Boutique. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached
- Items must include all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be included
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, which must be in good condition
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear and swimwear (from the Accessoires Femme and Accessoires Homme categories) unless they are in their original sealed packaging and unopened.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

- Wait for approval: Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours.
- Prepare your package: Carefully pack the items with all accessories and original documentation.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as possible after receiving your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item). In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
